The Helix Welding Machine
A Pulse-Arc welding system designed for permanent jewellery assembly and workshop micro-assemblies.
Perfectly suited for creating Permanent Jewellery (chains without clasps), the Helix machine is a compact tool destined for jewellery professionals. Distributed by Laval Europe, it allows for localised welding points on precious metals and stainless steel.
Power Settings
Equipped with a 3300uF capacitor, the Helix offers an adjustable power range from 1 to 30 Joules. It is perfectly adapted for precision work on fine links.
Compact Design
With a weight of only 1.26 kg and reduced dimensions, this welding station is easily portable for outdoor events or pop-up stores.
Protective Equipment
To ensure operator safety during the electrical pulse, the pack includes a pair of safety glasses specifically designed for welding UV radiation.
