Custom branding
If you prefer to simply add your brand name or logo to some of our existing products, we also offer a custom branding service for gift boxes, bags and packaging, available for small orders starting from 300 units and with much shorter lead times.

Step 1: Define the amount you require
At this stage, we require you to specify the quantity of products that you want to order. Depending on the product, minimum quantities may vary:
1 Displays: for bespoke production, we require 100 units minimum.
2 Gift bags: minimum 3 000 units.
3 Gift boxes: 1 000 units minimum for card boxes, 2 000 units for sheathed boxes, 500 units for larger boxes.
4 Pouches: minimum 3 000 units.
If you require other quantities or a larger volume, please let us know your exact requirements so that we can provide you with a tailor-made quotation.

The bespoke service is available to all our customers wishing to develop their brand.
However, the high minimum quantities and lead times of 2 to 8 months may not correspond to your needs.
Step 2: Describe the product you would like to create
In this second step, we ask you to provide us with detailed information about the product you want to customise. We need the following details to best meet your expectations:
- 1 Type of product: Specify the product you wish to create. If a similar model already exists on our site, please let us know its name or model to help us identify it.
- 2 Colour: What colour would you like the product to be? Provide colour codes if necessary.
- 3 Dimensions: Provide exact dimensions to ensure the product fits your requirements.
- 4 Quality: Indicate if you want standard or high-quality products.
- 5 Finish: Describe whether it should be matt, glossy, textured, or have another type of finish.
- 6 Gift boxes: Indicate foam inserts or type of lining if required.
- 7 Gift bags: Specify handle type and colour if different.
- 8 Branding: Specify placement (front, back, interior, exterior, gusset) and print colours.
- 9 File: Provide AI, EPS, SVG, JPG, PDF, PNG, or photo files. Vectorisation may incur additional cost.
- 10 Sketch/samples and additional observations: Attach sketches, samples, or extra notes to clarify your expectations.
Step 3: Project validation and payment
In this third step, we ask you to specify your preferences regarding the validation of your project before launching production:
- 1 Approval of Final Proofs: To confirm and launch production, you must approve the Final Proofs. Review carefully, as approval is irrevocable. A sample can also be sent (additional cost and delay may apply).
- 2 Payment: For all special orders, a minimum of 50% of the total value (including VAT) must be paid on order confirmation. The balance is due before dispatch. Depending on amounts, products, and lead times, we may request 100% on confirmation.
Once the proofs are approved and payment received, manufacturing of your made-to-measure product will begin.
