• 1) TERMS OF SALES
- Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk.
- Pictures of our advertising, mailings, catalogues are not legally binding.
- We reserve the right to remove some items during the year.
- The materials are indicated with no liability on our part and are those mentioned to us by the manufacturers.
- Stated packaging by box, bag or pack cannot be sold separately
- The stated quantities per packaging are given by way of indication, with no liability
- Prices are given by way of indication and may be modified at any time according to rate of metals, currency, raw material or other circumstances.
• 2) SHIPMENT COST
REE for minimum order of 130.00 Euros for delivery to the following countries : France (except French overseas departments), Austria,Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
If the order is less than 130 Euros, shipment cost is 8 Euros.
Other countries :
- shipment cost depends on the countries
In case of increase of our carriers costs, we reserve the right to change shipment cost and the amount of minimum order for shipment free.
• 3) TERMS OF PAYMENT
For the following countries : Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, payment within 30 days, date of invoice, by transfer to our local bank see the address and bank details mentioned on the invoice, or by credit card.
Other countries: Payment in advance by bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery.
• 4) GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can ask for an agreement to return it to us within 10 days, date of receipt of the product. Please include a copy of the invoice and send it back in its original packaging, otherwise we will not accept the return.
• 5) FORGING
Any reproduction, even partial of our products, models, packaging, boxes, labels, drawings, plates, colour system mentioning prices or the metal used, graphic guidelines , logos would be illegal and punished in application to measures of intellectual properties Code. As well taking and using photos, pictures and logos from our website is forbidden.
• 6) UNPAID INVOICES
For any unpaid invoice, the outstanding debt will include the principal sum, the recovery charges, the protest and the penalties for delay (1.5 times the legal interest rate Law 92-1442). If dispute is implemented, next shipments will be cash on delivery.
• 7) RESERVATION OF TITLE CLAUSE
- Goods remain our property until their full payment has been paid. The purchaser will however be responsible for the risks of damage, destruction or loss.
In accordance with the Informatics and Freedom Law of 6th January 1978, you have a permanent right to access and modify any information relating to you.
Any dispute of any description relating to our sales will fall under the exclusive competence of the commercial Court of Tours (France)
